Do you ever travel without your camera or cell phone? Me neither. Since you always have a photo snapping device handy, use it to save yourself from headaches if the airlines lose your luggage:
- Before you check in your luggage snap a quick photo of your bag. Having the photo of the bag will be a lifesaver if the airlines ever lose your bag especially if you find yourself in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language.
- Take a photo of the contents of your luggage in case you need to report what was lost for insurance claims.
- Take a photo of your baggage claim ticket. If you’re like me, you may immediately lose the claim ticket the minute the agent hands it to you… if you make a habit of snapping of photo of it, you don’t have to worry about misplacing the claim ticket!
